We are a brand new meal preparation and delivery service, with an emphasis on flexibility and food that is better for you. All you have to do is check out our menu and place an order through our easy-to-use online ordering system. We do all of the planning, shopping, preparation AND cooking so you don’t have to! Then we box up your order and deliver it right to your door.
FH Meal is based in Winnipeg and proud of it! We currently serve in and around our great city. Start an order and input your postal code to see if we deliver to your area! We currently deliver every Sunday.
Nope! Your FH Meal order will arrive in an insulated box that can sit out for several hours, so no need to worry!
There is a flat rate delivery fee of $5 (including tax) for all orders within our delivery zone.
Yes! FH Meal focuses on order flexibility and doesn’t lock you into a standardized plan. If you love FH Meal and would like to see a subscription service implemented, please get in touch with us.

Our meal selections are fully cooked. All items are individually packaged and ready to eat or reheat!
Two reasons: freshness and convenience. Vacuum sealing gives you a product that stays fresher longer. The convenient pouches make for the ultimate grab & go meal!
FH Meal pouches are awesome for freezing and thawing however some items are best enjoyed fresh. See the dish descriptions for details.
